Due to the nature of green coffee beans, returns are accepted only in cases of verified defects.

At Bench Maji Coffee LTD, we take great care in sourcing and supplying high quality Ethiopian green coffee beans. Due to the nature of our products, refunds are offered only under specific circumstances, as outlined below.
Refunds are accepted solely in the event of verified defects or if the goods supplied do not match the confirmed order.
